About the role
- Develop and maintain reusable demo assets and templates for relevant use cases
- Prepare and deliver tailored demos for Pro and Enterprise customers
- Manage all demo platforms to ensure a stable, always-ready, and impactful demo experience
- Support and participate in tender processes (RfP/RfI)
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role bridging sales, consulting, and Customer Success — ideally in a SaaS or LegalTech environment
- Strong technical affinity and an understanding of legal processes
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
- Fluency in German and English
