About the role
- Support customers with API related issues
- Debugging issues coming through from customers
- Writing technical documentation to help reduce inbound queries
- Supporting customers during their journey from introduction calls to onboarding setups
- Working closely with operations team, product engineers, and sales to enhance customer experience
Requirements
- 2+ years scripting/debugging experience
- Familiar with Python and have written scripts / debugged issues
- Clear and understandable written and verbal communication for technical concepts
- Enjoy solving complex technical puzzles
- Thrive in fast-moving, sometimes chaotic environments
- Passionate about building a product that positively impacts society
