About the role

  • Own the end-to-end product development and launch of our Menopause Care and Longevity service lines.
  • Work cross-functionally to build clinical protocols, marketing strategies, member experiences, and operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to shape the digital member journey and app integration.
  • Monitor KPIs, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize and grow service offerings post-launch.
  • Serve as the internal product evangelist, ensuring alignment and excitement across teams.
  • Partner with leadership on strategic growth planning and future service line expansion.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product or program management experience in healthcare, women's health and/or longevity required.
  • Experience launching or managing clinical or wellness service lines.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and project leadership skills.
  • A bias for action, systems thinking, and customer obsession.
  • Passion for improving lives through innovative care models.
