About the role

  • Responsible for all aspects of strategizing and executing programmatic media campaigns in a variety of platforms for clients
  • Serve as the programmatic subject matter expert (SME) for clients and the agency
  • Plan, execute, monitor, optimize, analyze and report on programmatic campaigns
  • Provide strategic recommendations, analysis, and reporting and respond to ad-hoc requests
  • Target customers and collaborate with creative team to create compelling and engaging ads
  • Assist in development of media strategy and building paid media plans including audience targeting, segmentation, messaging, budgeting, and optimizations
  • Leverage real-time data dashboards and reporting tools to communicate campaign performance and create road-maps
  • Analyze performance data and provide synthesis, interpretation and action plans
  • Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance, establish benchmarks and recommend tests
  • Communicate with clients on planning, performance, and project status
  • Prepare reports and present results to clients and management
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in advertising networks
  • Use a data-driven approach to develop marketing strategies and plans to achieve client objectives
  • Build effective relationships with clients and gather data on consumer, competitor, and market conditions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related major required.
  • 5+ years of performance marketing experience in programmatic is required.
  • Proficient in all programmatic tactics: Display, Native, Video, OTT/CTV, and Digital Out-of-Home
  • Highly knowledgeable with top programmatic ad platforms, automation tools (bidding and targeting), Google Analytics, and other media buying and creative testing tools.
  • Experience in scaling/increasing campaigns spends while maintaining or improving performance KPIs
  • Experience in maintaining and growing large spending accounts with significant optimizations and budgets
  • Ability to problem-solve and structure complex projects/plans with multiple stakeholders and deliverables
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all employee levels while understanding both the day to day and big picture
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively
