About the role
- Responsible for handling internal and external complaints in the CAQ system
- Initiation of immediate measures to eliminate/rectify faults
- Planning and moderation of internal quality meetings
- Management of QM stops in coordination with stakeholders
- Preparation of documentation
- Conducting and supporting internal product and process audits
- Initiation and monitoring of corrective, preventive and improvement actions
- Supporting departments using quality engineering methods
- Planning inspections for production areas
- Participation in shop floor meetings
Requirements
- Technician (mechanical engineering / electrical engineering) or vocational-technical training with additional qualification/experience
- Job-specific further training in quality management/quality assurance (QM/QS) is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in QM/QS
- Experience in complaint handling
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 (quality) and ISO 14001 (environment)
- Further training as an internal auditor desirable
- Knowledge of quality engineering methods (8D / 5-Why / Ishikawa)
- Experience with CAQ systems
- Very good German skills (at least C1)
- Good English skills (at least B2), spoken and written
- Polite, professional manner with internal and external contacts
- Structured, solution-oriented and independent working style
