About the role

  • You will be responsible for supporting the maintenance, development and delivery of our Visualfiles across the firm, completing all elements on time and in budget.
  • You will use your experience to proactively participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, undertake administrative maintenance and proactively suggest improvements to software/working practices.
  • You will also have the opportunity to use your expert knowledge to research and develop solutions that integrate or work with Visualfiles.
  • Collaboratively work with/support end users to identify and develop solutions to problems as they arise.

Requirements

  • - You must have strong VF development experience in a similar role
  • - Ideally you will have experience of working in a law firm
  • - You will be familiar with all aspects of Visualfiles scripting
  • - You must be familiar with Office packages especially Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams
  • - You will have experience adhering to GDPR/Data Protection Legislation and following internal Information Security Protocols
