About the role
- As an International Expansion Manager, you will contribute to the design and execution of our global expansion roadmap.
- You will work on all aspects of the roadmap and collaborate with every team in the company.
- You will report to the Head of International Expansion.
- Your scope is international by design, initially focusing on scaling our presence in the United States.
- You will help prepare and launch additional countries and ensure our playbooks scale across geographies.
- Run deep market assessments across multiple countries to identify opportunities, threats, and what it takes to win.
- Build the strategic roadmap for new market launches with the CEO, the CRO, and the Head of International Expansion.
- Monitor local competitors and keep us ahead of market expectations.
- Own the user experience for international users and ensure the product works flawlessly from day one of launch.
- Partner with the Product team to run user interviews and understand local needs and behaviors.
- Partner with local commercial teams to secure the right partners in each country to make our value proposition competitive.
- Work with Growth teams to shape local acquisition strategies.
Requirements
- Education: You graduated from a top tier engineering, business, or analytical program.
- Experience: You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in consulting, startups, scale-ups, or similarly fast-paced environments in project management roles.
- Languages: You are fluent in English. Other languages are a plus but not required.
- Analytical thinker: You enjoy structured problem solving, digging into data, and bringing clarity to complex situations.
- Tech driven: You naturally look for tech-enabled ways to scale processes. You are curious about tools, automation, and AI.
- Global mindset: You are curious about international markets, cultural differences, and what it takes to win in a new country.
- Cross functional player: You love working with many teams at once and can navigate different stakeholders with ease.
- Operational doer with an entrepreneurial and autonomous spirit: You enjoy getting your hands dirty, finding practical solutions, and making things work better, faster, smarter. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy building things from scratch. You can take full ownership of projects from A to Z with minimal guidance.
- Clear communicator: You explain ideas in a simple, structured, and convincing way, both in writing and out loud.
