About the role

  • Owner of the Electrophysiology (EP) Deliver business unit in E2E business priorities, representing EP Deliver within the US EP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and EP Short Term Exception Management (STEM) processes to ensure that global, regional and local priorities are aligned, and participating in other regional and global forums as needed.
  • Facilitate collaborations with EP Global and Regional PLAN partners and Global Warehouse and Distribution business partners to ensure on time putaway of replenishment and priority deliveries.
  • Act as Issue Management (Tiger Team) Lead to identify and drive actions to mitigate Deliver risks, and perform After Action Reviews (AAR)
  • Lead Deliver function in multiple Product Value Streams, align global Deliver on Go To Market strategies and enable strategies and ‘fit for Deliver’.
  • Responsible for planning, organizing, and leading the execution of EP NA Inbound Freight financial planning cycles and monthly Budget vs Actuals, ensuring on time governance and actions to deliver spend targets on budget.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and digital reporting to drive process efficiencies to enable improvements of OTIF-D metric (Deliver-related failure modes)
  • Demonstrate collaboration capabilities and influential communication to engage partners at various levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrate the ability to identify, engage, and lead a diverse group of partners by translating complex concepts into clear, actionable messages
  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and development of team co-ops, encouraging a positive environment that improves productivity and engagement.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent University degree is required; An advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum eight (8) years of relevant professional work experience
  • Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Finance with demonstrated impact in increasingly complex leadership roles, including roles requiring orchestration, collaborator management and influence at varying levels of the organization.
  • In-depth of knowledge of E2E Supply Chain processes
  • Proven track record to manage multiple projects and priorities in a global organization while collaborating effectively with various teams.
  • The ability to multi-task, work with autonomy, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment
