About the role
- Collaborate with mentors and team members to understand business operations and processes.
- Contribute to large-scale projects, taking on a leading role.

- Hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Participate in and select 2-3 hands-on projects related to: Engineering (Mechanical, Application, Electrical, Process, Medtech), Quality, Operations Leadership.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business, or related program
- Minimum GPA 3.0
- Must have at least 3 semesters (spring, summer, fall) remaining to qualify for the program.
- Available for full-time work (40 hours per week) during each 12 to 16-week rotation.
- Adaptable and eager to explore different functional areas.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with a passion for learning.
