Director

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for 3rd-party integrations across the Highspan ecosystem
• Manage and grow a team of partner integration engineers, API developers, QA leads, and technical writers responsible for building, validating, and documenting integrations
• Collaborate with product management, platform engineering, and alliances teams to prioritize integrations based on customer demand, regulatory needs, and strategic partnerships
• Oversee the design and evolution of the OSP SDKs, APIs, plug-in frameworks, and onboarding toolkits used by external developers and partners
• Ensure compliance with relevant security, performance, and interoperability standards (e.g., ONVIF, OSDP, FIPS, NDAA, GDPR)
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive partner certification program, encompassing documentation, test suites, and technical support models
• Represent the integrations team in cross-functional engineering reviews, product strategy discussions, and go-to-market readiness
• Identify reusable integration patterns and lead the development of shared adapters or connectors for common use cases
• Own quality and supportability of integrations in production environments, working closely with support and field teams
