Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead the organisation’s financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis processes.
• Partner with functional leaders to translate operating assumptions into financial outcomes.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance dashboards, financial scorecards, and MIS reports.
• Conduct cost analysis, margin improvement studies, and productivity analysis.
• Develop financial models for scenario planning, new initiatives, and business cases.
• Provide insights to leadership on financial trends, business risks, and industry benchmarks.
• Lead the monthly financial reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate reports.
• Work closely with CXOs, Business Heads, Operations and Project teams.
