• Control and Manage Procurement Data & KPIs supporting Global Central Procurement Organization.
• Proactively manage the end-to-end data analytics and reporting process in support of sourcing and procurement operations.
• Gather and manage procurement data from various sources.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
• Analyse procurement data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Use statistical methods and data visualization tools to present findings.
• Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key procurement metrics.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements based on data analysis.
• Work closely with procurement team members, Finance, IT and other stakeholders to understand data needs.
• Ensure data practices comply with company policies and industry regulations.
