About the role
- Developing and maintaining quality management systems
- Conducting audits and supporting certification processes
- Monitoring external quality assurance and other key performance indicator systems
- Developing and maintaining the risk management system
- Process and interface management
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the medical or nursing field with several years of professional experience
- Qualification as a quality manager, ideally also as a risk manager (m/f/d), preferably with several years of experience
- Strong communication skills, including in conflict situations
- Commitment, assertiveness and the ability to work independently
- Friendly demeanor, flexibility and strong interpersonal skills
