About the role
- Provides first line onsite application support / consultation to customers
- Work with customer to improve test program and optimize test time
- Work with service team to address customer’s daily production issue
- Develop test solution base on customer’s specific requirement
- Conduct training for customers
- Collect information and feedback to engineering to resolve a hardware or software problem.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years working experience related to In-Circuit Test
- Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
- Familiar with SMT manufacturing environment
- Experience in language based programming
- Familiar with various IC components such as Flash, MCU, CPLD
- Strong team player with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and your native language
- Willing to travel within and out of the country.
