About the role
- Serves as the New Employee Orientation/Reasonable Accommodations Manager.
- Leads and oversees the day-to-day operations of the NEO/Reasonable Accommodations program.
- Serves as full-line supervisor.
- Serves as reasonable accommodations contact for follow-up after hired.
- Performs other duties as assigned or required which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
Requirements
- Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years of college, preferably with courses in business or public administration.
- Requires prior experience equivalent to three (3) years of progressively responsible administrative experience designing, implementing, and measuring the success of programs that are employee experience focused in a public or business organization.
- Three (3) years of professional experience ensuring program creation and development aligns with personnel rules, personnel code, pay plan, Comprehensive Employment Plan, bargaining unit contracts, or similar compliance rules and regulations for a public or private organization.
- Three (3) years of professional experience developing and implementing policies and procedures for a personnel program.
- Three (3) years of professional experience managing a human resources program, such as recruitment/hiring or transactions/classification support personnel program for a large public or private organization.
- Two (2) years of professional experience presenting orientation programs to both internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, ensuring detailed and critical analysis of work performed.
- Three (3) years of supervisory experience in a large public or private organization.
