About the role
- Participate in customer projects – including software development, debug, and production support – ensuring technical success
- Provide guidance to customers in development of successful test solutions
- Develop strong relationships with key customers
- Develop knowledge and expertise on Teradyne SLT system integration and use models
- Develops and maintains a high degree of customer satisfaction based on Yield/Uptime
- Provide analysis reports to the team with recommendations.
- Handle customer HW failure issues and provide root cause analysis and solution
- Develops SW application for data collecting/ analysis and report
- Develops or modifies the test software for hardware verification process
Requirements
- Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Programming or related fields
- C# program development and Python scripting capabilities
- Experience with CIM (Computer-Integrated Manufacturing) is preferred
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals (digital logic, high speed communication on USB and PCIe)
- Experienced field application engineers in the semiconductor industry (ATE, SLT) is an advantage
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and your native language
- Willing to travel 40% of time when required
- Able to handle dynamic work environment with pressure and quick changes
