About the role
- Serve as a key partner within the global Talent Acquisition CoE and collaborate closely with business unit leaders to align hiring needs with campus strategies.
- Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for university and early career roles—from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with university stakeholders, including career centers, faculty, and student organizations.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute impactful campus and hiring events that elevate Teradyne’s brand and attract top talent.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Design and deliver engaging intern/co-op programming, including events, training, and development opportunities that foster growth and connection.
- Maintain a curated talent pipeline and ensure consistent, high-touch communication with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Track recruiting metrics and share insights with HR and business leaders to continuously improve outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws in all campus hiring activities.
- Manage and evolve campus recruiting materials and resources to support regional and local initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle campus recruiting experience, ideally in technical or engineering environments.
- Proven ability to build and sustain university partnerships and engage student communities.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience supporting business stakeholders and campus ambassadors.
- Comfort working in a high-energy, event-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences and representing Teradyne’s brand with enthusiasm.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally during peak hiring seasons (up to 40%).
