Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in workforce planning and talent acquisition
- Experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven environment is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-informed decision making
- Experience with modernizing talent acquisition practices
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a strategic advisory capacity
- Strong communication skills and rapport-building abilities
