About the role
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and market opportunities within the agricultural sector.
- Proactively engage with potential clients through networking, trade shows, and strategic outreach.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and positioning the company’s products effectively.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company standards.
- Provide product demonstrations and educational support to clients, addressing inquiries and showcasing product benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, market trends, and client interactions, providing regular updates to the management team.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of proven sales experience, ideally in the agricultural or sustainable farming industry.
- Strong understanding of the agricultural sector, including bio-stimulants and crop protection products.
- Established network within the agriculture industry is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and another European Language is a plus.
- Results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and relevant software tools.
