About the role
- Responsible for coordinating the activities in all areas on each shift to produce finished products at target specifications in a food safe environment
- Maximize operational efficiencies and ensure safety of all employees
- Review quality standards by continuous monitoring of finished product on all lines.
- Supervise and coordinate all work assignments for hourly employee activities at the facility to meet operational goals
- Ensure compliance to Company policy, procedures, and Union Agreement
- Ensure Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Plans are current, relevant, and executed effectively
- Assists in auditing facility Quality and Production processes
- Ensures that all employees are following safe practices and participating in the CARE process
- Provide ongoing coaching and development to support training and career growth with employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from 4-year college or university
- 3+ years related experience and/or training
