About the role

  • You independently research suitable properties in your assigned regions that we could secure for marketing
  • You qualify these property owners by phone for the further sales process and build relationships with them
  • You handle digitally generated customer inquiries professionally and efficiently and arrange on-site appointments for the agents
  • You contact potential partner companies and win them over for partnerships

Requirements

  • You have a personable, persuasive personality
  • You possess local knowledge of the Rhine-Main region
  • You have a talent for communication, sales and business development
  • You are disciplined and performance-oriented, eager to learn, a team player, and quick to grasp new concepts
  • Experience in sales or real estate is an advantage but not required — career changers and entry-level applicants are welcome if they have the right aptitude and willingness to learn
