About the role

  • Support and advise employees and managers on all HR-related matters
  • Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding
  • Handle HR administration (employment contracts, references, personnel changes, etc.)
  • Participate in the payroll process in collaboration with the payroll accounting team
  • Recruit specialists and managers in cooperation with line managers
  • Support the further development of HR processes, policies and projects
  • Contribute to planning and delivering personnel development and training measures
  • Assist with supervising and supporting our apprentices

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training with further education in Human Resources
  • Several years of experience as an HR specialist, ideally in a dynamic environment
  • Very good knowledge of Swiss labor law
  • Excellent written and spoken German; additional languages are an advantage
  • Proficient with MS Office and ideally experienced with an HRIS
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and discretion
