About the role
- Develop, test, and deploy workflow automations and integration scripts within the enterprise platform.
- Assist with migration activities from development to production environments.
- Provide hypercare support immediately following production deployment to ensure stability and performance.
- Collaborate with the functional and technical teams to identify process improvements.
- Create and maintain documentation for workflows, configuration changes, and system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor system or automation issues efficiently.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software development experience or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Solid understanding of ITSM/IT workflows and automation frameworks.
- Experience with ServiceNow or Nuvolo (strong plus).
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required or in progress.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, Glide API, and REST integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
