About the role

  • Own and drive the ISC2.org ecommerce site experience including strategy, planning, content and product display
  • Be accountable for ISC2.org business performance and KPIs (sessions, revenue, conversion, RPV, repeat purchase rate, cross-sell rate, new customer percentage)
  • Build and own the digital site roadmap and testing roadmap; manage A/B testing and report learnings
  • Partner with UX, tech, creative, product, finance and operations to ensure seamless customer experience and timely execution
  • Manage the marketing operations function and martech stack (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to move from transactional to strategic
  • Drive innovative commerce features, functionality, content and direct-to-consumer sales and retention strategies
  • Analyze and optimize the customer journey from navigation to checkout to maximize conversion rates
  • Define and implement product merchandising strategies: assortment, pricing, promotions, inventory management
  • Develop and own digital marketing strategy across PPC, email, social, affiliate and content; manage 3rd party agencies
  • Manage relationships with key e-commerce partners including Amazon and third-party agencies
  • Provide P&L responsibility, drive to daily/weekly/quarterly/annual targets and adjust plans to meet revenue goals
  • Report to Senior Director, Marketing and lead ecommerce & marketing operations team members
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field required
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Proven experience of at least 10 years within e-commerce roles, preferably in retail or education industries
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Proven experience of managing 3rd party agencies
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce technologies, platforms and best practices
  • Extensive experience working with CRM and marketing technology platforms; Salesforce and Marketing Cloud preferred
  • Experience with ECommerce platforms (multiple)
  • Experience with Web Analytics Solutions (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Experience with Project Management Tools (e.g., Monday.com / Smartsheet)
  • Content Management Solution experience
  • UX Design Collaboration tools (e.g., Figma)
  • Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Budgetary control experience
  • Experience with a global organization preferred
  • Experience working with different stakeholders and managing expectations
  • P&L responsibility and ability to meet financial targets
  • Ability to travel up to 15% and work extended hours when necessary
