Own and drive the ISC2.org ecommerce site experience including strategy, planning, content and product display
Be accountable for ISC2.org business performance and KPIs (sessions, revenue, conversion, RPV, repeat purchase rate, cross-sell rate, new customer percentage)
Build and own the digital site roadmap and testing roadmap; manage A/B testing and report learnings
Partner with UX, tech, creative, product, finance and operations to ensure seamless customer experience and timely execution
Manage the marketing operations function and martech stack (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to move from transactional to strategic
Drive innovative commerce features, functionality, content and direct-to-consumer sales and retention strategies
Analyze and optimize the customer journey from navigation to checkout to maximize conversion rates
