Client Services Representative

• Ensures compliance with contractual specifications and ad hoc client requests to enhance client satisfaction, under supervision.
• Assists team members in establishing and maintaining effective business relationships with clients to proactively support their needs as a daily point of contact, including maintaining the project plan.
• Ensures, through review and verification, that deliverables meet client specifications, including timeliness and quality.
• Collaborates with the account manager and clients to maximize the value of IQVIA products and services.
• Maintains effective internal communications with sales and client support to keep all stakeholders informed of client activities.
• Monitors performance against existing service agreements and ensures client obligations are met.
• Researches, analyzes, and responds to clients requiring an in-depth understanding of the client, the specific line of business, and/or the therapeutic market.
• May provide product/service and process training to clients and other employees.
• Represents IQVIA on external client projects.
