About the role

  • Define and evolve the enterprise data architecture (data lake, data warehouse, pipelines, etc.).
  • Ensure scalability, security and performance of data solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation of data engineering best practices (CI/CD, version control, testing, etc.).
  • Evaluate and select data technologies and tools (ETL, orchestration, storage, etc.).
  • Monitor market trends and propose continuous improvements.
  • Translate business needs into technical data solutions.
  • Support squads and product areas with data architecture and engineering.
  • Implement data governance, cataloging and security policies.
  • Monitor and ensure data quality, integrity and availability.

Requirements

  • Strong experience leading Data Engineering and Data Architecture teams.
  • Soft skills: Systemic thinking, Critical thinking, Negotiation, Communication, Proactivity, Curiosity, Willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Technical skills: Data Engineering, Data Analysis, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Power BI, Agile methodologies.
  • Education: Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related fields.
  • Languages: English is desirable.
