Administrative Assistant

• Close collaboration with the backoffice teams at our sites to ensure smooth administrative and commercial processes
• Independently perform accounting tasks, in particular preparatory bookkeeping, document/receipt management, and support for month‑end and year‑end closings
• Preparation of service records and invoices for our clients, including review, allocation, and timely dispatch
• Responsibility for travel expense processing, including verification of receipts and internal cost allocation
• Review and processing of time tracking entries for all employees at the site
• Maintenance and management of billing‑relevant data in Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Handling general corporate correspondence and supporting administrative processes
