About the role

  • First point of contact for our international guests during the night shift
  • Conducting check-ins and check-outs
  • Performing and monitoring the daily financial closing as well as reporting
  • Various administrative and organizational tasks

Requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training in hospitality
  • Strong customer orientation demonstrated by a confident, outgoing and communicative manner
  • Representing the hotel with a positive appearance
  • User experience with hotel-specific software (Opera) and Microsoft Office
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Team player and flexibility
  • Very good German and English language skills
