About the role
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for clients and internal teams
- Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate users on product features and best practices
- Assess training needs and customize programs to meet the specific requirements of different audiences
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers and customer support, to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users post-training
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Education, Training and Development, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Training Consultant or similar role in the healthcare or technology industry
- Strong understanding of training methodologies and tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
