About the role
- Lead the strategy and execution of digital sales initiatives.
- Manage and develop a high-performing Digital Solutions sales team.
- Drive commercial outcomes by expanding adoption of Intuitive's digital offerings.
- Recruit, lead, and coach a Digital Solutions sales team.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that promote adoption of digital solutions.
- Set and monitor sales goals and KPIs to ensure performance and revenue growth.
- Align field and corporate sales teams on market strategy and lead prioritization.
- Partner with marketing, product, and operations to identify new opportunities.
- Lead change management and training for new digital offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in sales leadership (managing salespeople is required).
- Experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, or enterprise software preferred.
- Proven success in strategic account management and cross-functional project leadership.
- Strong communication, organizational, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to travel up to 75%; field selling and surgical area access required.
