About the role

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process: from sourcing candidates through to onboarding, you will accompany your candidates throughout the journey.
  • Actively sourcing potential candidates using various methods.
  • Screening applicants and making the first contact with suitable candidates.
  • Organizing online and in-person professional interviews.
  • Drafting and posting job descriptions for new open positions.
  • Taking part in developing our recruitment strategy – we welcome your innovative ideas on which channels and what messages to use for attracting talent 😊
  • Participating in ad-hoc HR administrative tasks, consistently tackling a variety of evolving challenges.
  • Supporting employees with their questions and needs.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Effective communication skills: you’re able to find common ground with everyone from the most introverted developer to the most extroverted Product Owner.
  • Knowledge of IT keywords/terms: understanding the requirements of our open positions and being able to answer candidates’ technical questions.
  • You speak English confidently and interviewing in English is not a problem for you either.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc completed).
