About the role
- Lead the pre-production process, including scheduling rehearsals, coordinating talent, and organizing technical requirements.
- Manage all technical aspects of livestream production, including camera setup, lighting, sound, and graphics to ensure a high-quality broadcast.
- Direct live broadcasts with a focus on maintaining a seamless flow of content, engaging with the audience, and effectively managing any unexpected challenges.
- Compile reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to the team to inform future strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and talent to foster collaboration and enhance production quality.
Requirements
- Eager to learn and understand the livestreaming industry and production.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Willing to research and identify relevant trends, topics, and audience interests.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
