About the role

  • Screen profiles for roles ranging from instructors to engineers.
  • Shortlist candidates based on role fit and hiring criteria.
  • Schedule and manage interviews across global time zones.
  • Maintain smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and deliver a strong candidate experience.
  • Manage hiring trackers, dashboards, and documentation.
  • Assist senior recruiters with end-to-end hiring activities.
