About the role
- Scripting and Prompting: Create, structure, and maintain agent scripts (prompts, objection handling, edge cases).
- Define and maintain tone of voice and behavioral guidelines consistently.
- Analysis & Optimization: Evaluate call logs, transcripts, and KPIs (e.g., drop-off rates, success rates, call duration).
- Form hypotheses, plan A/B tests, and implement iterative improvements.
- Quality Management: Identify error cases (misunderstandings, escalations) and develop robust fallbacks.
- Document guidelines and best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales/Call Center/Business Unit Management (controlling) on product goals, offer specifics, and qualification criteria.
- Interface with IT/Tech (no deep coding required; willingness to learn tools and work with them daily).
- Operations: Plan rollouts, versioning, and change management for agent updates.
- Monitoring and alerting for critical metrics.
Requirements
- Excellent command of language and structured writing (German; English is a plus)
- Analytical mindset, high quality awareness, and attention to detail
- Technical curiosity and tool affinity (e.g., working with Telli, prompting, simple logics/flows)
- Experience in copywriting, content, and/or prompting—ideally with voice agents
- Familiarity with KPIs/dashboards, A/B testing, and hypothesis-driven optimization (nice-to-have)
- Experience with call center/sales processes (nice-to-have)
- Basic understanding of data structures/rules (if-then logic, variables, tags) (nice-to-have)
- Mindset: ownership, pragmatic, experimental
- Team player with clear communication skills and enjoyment of iterative improvement
