About the role
- Responsibility for the international webshop across all target markets (EU, USA, Dubai) — both strategically and operationally
- Develop an e-commerce roadmap and implement measures to further develop the shop and website
- Expand internationalization: multilingual shops, additional payment methods and country-specific requirements
- Improve conversion rate and user experience in collaboration with Design, Marketing and external partners
- Analyze relevant KPIs (traffic, conversion, revenue, average order value) and derive concrete optimizations
- Manage external service providers such as agencies, developers and translators
- Plan and execute campaigns in close coordination with the performance marketing team
- Monitor market and competitor developments to identify new growth opportunities
- Contribute to the rollout of new features, tools and integrations
Requirements
- Several years of experience in e-commerce management or digital project management
- Practical experience with Shopify and international shop setups
- Confident use of web analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio)
- Good understanding of conversion optimization, UX and digital marketing processes
- Initial experience in performance marketing is a plus
- Proven experience managing agencies and external service providers
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
