About the role

  • Lead the design and implementation of forward-looking Identity & Access solutions based on AD and Entra ID for mid-market and enterprise clients, including taking on project responsibility.
  • Provide strategic advisory on seamless integration of identities and access into Microsoft 365 products and services.
  • Independently conduct workshops for needs analysis and solution development with our clients, with a focus on complex requirements.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Identity & Access Management, including mentoring team members.
  • Actively contribute to the continued development of our IAM and Microsoft 365 portfolio.

Requirements

  • Completed training in an IT profession (e.g., IT specialist) or a degree in an IT-related field.
  • Several years of demonstrable hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Identity & Access Management using Microsoft solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge and proven project experience with Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID.
  • Microsoft certifications in Security & Compliance or Microsoft 365 (e.g., SC-300 and AZ-500).
  • Advanced or expert-level certifications are a significant advantage.
  • Strong team and communication skills; very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken (at least B2).
  • High customer orientation and the aim to be a trusted advisor to your clients — combined with an independent, proactive working style, strong sense of responsibility and the ability to lead and motivate others.
  • Strong motivation for continuous learning and personal as well as professional growth.
  • Residence in Germany with a valid work permit if required.
  • Willingness to travel for business as needed depending on the project.
