About the role
- Shape the future of datacenter and cloud software as a principal engineer
- Lead the way in architecting innovative solutions and optimizing workloads
- Engage with major customers to understand use cases, application architecture, and performance metrics
- Interact with technologists and product managers across Intel to evaluate feasibility of requirements
- Develop and mentor other technical leaders and grow the community
- Align organizational goals with technical vision and formulate strategy for leadership solutions
Requirements
- BS in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering or equivalent
- 10 years experience developing or architecting workloads for cloud and data center
- 5 years experience optimizing workloads for public cloud
- 5 years experience directly working with customers
- Demonstrated knowledge of compiler technologies, performance libraries, and workload profiling
- PhD in Computer Engineering (preferred)
- Experience with Cloud, Enterprise, and HPC workloads (preferred)
- Experience building AI solutions and using AI for development (preferred)
- Experience building end-to-end solutions (preferred)
