About the role

  • Applies deep knowledge of one or more engineering domains to influence clients and stakeholders for achieving strategic objectives of engineering project(s)/program(s).
  • Contributes technical expertise to the development of new products, working with cross functional teams across engineering disciplines such as chemical, electrical, hardware, industrial, manufacturing, mechanical, process, software, and technology platforms.
  • Investigates technical roadblocks to help troubleshoot and drive results.
  • Manages complex projects and programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation or upgrade of manufacturing systems/processes, hardware products, software programs, and/or technology platforms.
  • Leads review with executives and department leads for largescale programs, providing transparency into the health, risk, and financials of individual projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Master’s degree in the same fields with 6+ years of relevant experience
  • PhD in the same fields with 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience as a functional manager or program manager
  • Experience with SoC Design
  • Experience and understanding of SoC Project Life Cycles and dependencies across architecture, hardware and software.
