Requirements

  • Proven experience in closing (high-ticket or appointment-based preferred)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Confidence on camera and during calls (Zoom or phone)
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven — you love hitting targets
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Extreme ownership — no excuses, no complaints. If you underperform, you won’t last.
