About the role

  • Answer incoming phone calls while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Serve as the first telephone point of contact for our clients within our AutomériteMC team
  • Respond to customer inquiries and make adjustments related to their accounts
  • Promote self-service by assisting and guiding customers through the various tools available online or in their mobile app
  • Send documents or policy copies to customers
  • Handle a range of customer needs such as answering general questions, processing re-enrollments after cancellations, and resolving customer issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems and applications on Apple and Android
  • Call centre experience (asset)
  • Self-directed, dynamic, and strong communication skills
  • Good computer knowledge — Microsoft Office suite and other applications
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Required to take calls and regularly provide service to English-speaking customers
  • No prior work experience in Canada required, but candidates must have authorization to work in Canada.
