About the role
- Answer incoming phone calls while delivering exceptional customer service
- Serve as the first telephone point of contact for our clients within our AutomériteMC team
- Respond to customer inquiries and make adjustments related to their accounts
- Promote self-service by assisting and guiding customers through the various tools available online or in their mobile app
- Send documents or policy copies to customers
- Handle a range of customer needs such as answering general questions, processing re-enrollments after cancellations, and resolving customer issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems and applications on Apple and Android
- Call centre experience (asset)
- Self-directed, dynamic, and strong communication skills
- Good computer knowledge — Microsoft Office suite and other applications
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Required to take calls and regularly provide service to English-speaking customers
- No prior work experience in Canada required, but candidates must have authorization to work in Canada.
