Provide the client with detailed specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope involved and make sure the implementations and initiatives are deployed in a timely manner (Project management)
Accompany the Customer Success team in the production stage and carry out practical demonstrations of proposed solutions
Configure the services, test them, and analyze metrics
Implement upsells and add new versions of the software when the clients are live
Improve documentation of the area
Requirements
Proven track record in a solution engineer role or customer support role
Previous experience integrating systems
Experience with software engineering, customer experience and design architecture
Bachelor degree in Computer Software or engineering fields is preferred
Direct, hands-on technical experience in a customer-facing role is a must
Strong background in using REST API Services
Familiarity with cloud based environments such as AWS
Familiarity constructing SQL queries and consulting SQL databases
