About the role
- Take responsibility for our sales function and acquire and develop new customers
- Identify business opportunities; independently generate and qualify promising leads
- Conduct outreach activities to convince prospects to attend live demonstrations of our software platform
- Independently run demonstrations of our software
- Expand our direct sales pipeline and processes
- Support the creation of content such as success stories, sales pitch materials, white papers, etc., to accelerate the sales process and increase close rates
Requirements
- Strong hunter mentality and a high level of persistence
- Experience in sales and lead generation, supported by demonstrable successes and references
- Sales experience in industrial environments and an affinity for the planning and construction industry
- Understanding of customers' business processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for engaging with prospective customers
- Honesty and a genuine interest in people and in understanding customers' pain points
- An affinity for technical products is a plus
- Excellent German and English language skills are a must; French and Italian are a plus
- You are authorized to work in Switzerland
