• Launch and run the new AI agency venture , including foundational setup, marketing, and client outreach (e.g., cold email campaigns).
• Independently manage operational tasks related to AI tools and services.
• Strategically position the AI agency to perform "heavy lifting" tasks for the other two businesses (staffing and real estate) to bridge operational gaps and automate tasks like cold calling and lead management.
• Develop and manage internal AI applications, such as an AI receptionist or chatbots for the client's websites.
• Manage outreach campaigns and cold email campaigns for the Staffing Agency.
• Assist with handling administrative and operational tasks for the Real Estate Brokerage.
• Act as a proactive partner to the owner, identifying and delegating tasks to "move the needle" for all three businesses.
