About the role

  • Develop and maintain a consistent employer brand across all recruitment channels.
  • Create high-quality written, visual, and video content for job postings, career site pages, social media, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Manage the content calendar for recruiting channels and deliver timely, relevant posts.
  • Partner with Marketing, HR, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure alignment in messaging and brand voice.
  • Build and manage targeted recruitment campaigns on platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, Meta, Google, and niche job boards.
  • Optimize job postings and landing pages for SEO and performance.
  • Recommend and manage paid media strategies to grow candidate pipelines for priority roles.
  • Track ROI and provide insights to improve ad performance and spend efficiency.
  • Support email and SMS outreach strategies to improve response rates and nurture passive candidates.
  • Analyze and optimize the candidate journey—from first touch to application.
  • Develop and test creative outreach templates, employer brand messaging, and marketing materials for events and career fairs.
  • Monitor campaign metrics, talent pipeline data, and competitive market trends.
  • Build dashboards and performance reports for recruiters and leadership.
  • Use A/B testing to refine messaging, creative assets, and channel mix.
  • Partner with recruiters to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored marketing solutions.
  • Collaborate with creative or design partners as needed.
  • Manage content approvals, project timelines, and cross-functional workflows.
  • Support talent-related events, webinars, career fairs, and campus recruiting with marketing assets and promotional content.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in marketing, recruitment marketing, employer branding, or a related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with digital advertising and analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics).
  • Ability to translate hiring needs into compelling marketing strategies.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience supporting a high-volume recruiting team (preferred).
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems (Salesforce, Pinpoint, Gem, iCIMS, Greenhouse, etc.) (preferred).
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, social media algorithms, and performance optimization (preferred).
  • Graphic design or light video-editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) (preferred).
