About the role
- Championing new business development activities.
- Maintaining a pipeline of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.
- Assisting in the preparation of sales demonstrations, presentations and reports.
- Developing new relationships for referral and sales opportunities (with our channel partners - banks, travel agencies, accounting firms and more).
- Maintain the CRM database.
- Basic experience with CRM systems is required to effectively manage our database.
Requirements
- Experience in developing and maintaining relationships, proposal preparation, CRM data management and reporting.
- Confident in building relationships and networking.
- Possesses a customer service background.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, highly motivated and proactive.
- Ability to work with changing priorities with excellent time management skills.
- Willingness to help, ability to use initiative and ask for assistance when needed.
- Interpersonal skills, problem solving skills.
