About the role

  • As a member of our Customer Support team, provide world class written support to Galatea readers and CandyJar viewers
  • Respond to customer inquiries via Zendesk, managing a volume of 100+ contacts per day while meeting our SLAs
  • Act as an advocate for our customers, communicating their needs and problems cross-functionally throughout our org
  • Independently navigate and solve routine customer issues using our internal tools, dashboards, and queries
  • Escalate high priority issues to Product / Engineering teams via Slack and through daily meetings
  • Draft and update articles for our Help Center to ensure that users have an option to resolve issues on their own

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Service, or customer-facing Retail / Hospitality
