About the role
- This position focuses on identifying and analyzing business needs and delivering solutions related to IT applications
- Collecting and documenting requirements, defining scope, and creating delivery plans for systems and IT applications integrated with business processes, data, people, and other IT services
- Developing and/or overseeing the development and implementation of solutions to meet business needs
- Performing analysis and documentation of business requirements
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Providing direct application support for ERPs and peripheral systems under the responsibility of LAC IT (Latin America & Caribbean IT)
- Managing small- to medium-complexity IT projects aimed at helping ensure business continuity and maximizing efficiency and productivity in processes supported by IT applications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed)
- Advanced English is mandatory
- ITIL / Project Management knowledge
- Prior experience with TOTVS Datasul (specifically the Datasul12 product line) is mandatory — providing application support and performing functional analysis/design, development, and implementations
- Proven experience in business process mapping
- Proven experience managing low- to medium-complexity projects
- Advantage: Spanish is desirable
- Knowledge of sales, inventory/warehouse management, and manufacturing processes (preferably in industrial sectors), as well as Finance and Accounting
- Understanding of the Brazilian tax and regulatory framework
- Basic knowledge of IT support and governance (ITIL / COBIT / ISO 27001)
- Awareness of information security
