Full-stack Engineer

• Maintain legacy standard products with stable quality in the local service business.
• Involved in new product development, i2v (Innovation to Value), localization products and legacy product maintenance and quality issue troubleshooting.
• Work as PMO and Lead Engineer for i2v projects to meet overall productivity plans.
• Generate productivity ideas to continuously reduce legacy product costs.
• Collaborate with PMO, PM, Marketing, Ops, and Service for NPD or localization projects to achieve project QDC (Quality, Delivery, Cost).
• Design products, including layouts, 3D models, sketches, and detail drawings according to MRD and project schedules.
• Collaborate with manufacturing plant for on-time delivery.
• Provide support for product improvement and pre-sale/post-sale technical support.
