About the role

  • Build relationships with related video productions organizations
  • Monitor and organize meetups with content creators
  • Maintain a CRM of VR content creators in Korea with detailed statuses
  • Improve the creators experience, making the platform more intuitive and engaging

Requirements

  • Relevant experience preferably in live-streaming, video-sharing, social media, tech, or startups
  • An understanding of VR, immersive media, and content platforms is a plus
  • Experience in creator partnerships, content acquisition, or digital media
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, structuring and optimizing team processes
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to drive impact in a fast-moving environment
  • Fluency in English (B2 and above), native in Korean
