About the role
- Discover customer and partner needs and market problems while keeping in mind overall business objectives.
- Define a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Share the product vision with all stakeholders: customers, partners, management, engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams.
- Act as the subject matter expert for CPaaS integrations.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build the product.
- Ensure company readiness for product launches by removing roadblocks.
Requirements
- Experience with end-to-end software product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Go-to-Market strategies.
- Proven experience working with both external and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, LESS, Kanban, or others).
- Ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel abroad.
